Sand Mountain Mobile Homes LLC is a local Cavco and Champion dealer based in Pisgah, Alabama, serving families across North Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee.
We don't run a big stocked lot full of homes. Every home we sell is factory-built at Cavco or Champion after you order it, built to your spec instead of pulled off inventory that's been sitting around. That keeps our overhead lean, and it means the price you're quoted isn't padded to cover homes that haven't sold yet.
It also means you're never buying something that's been weathered on a lot — your home starts its life in the factory and comes straight to your land.
From your first call to your move-in day, you're working with the same two or three people — not a call center. We work directly with 21st Mortgage under our own dealer code, so financing and ordering happen under one roof.
